This arrived quickly, and my husband (who installed this on my truck)was very pleased with the results. The lack of directions or instructions posed a very minor problem, but a problem nonetheless. For this reason he suggested I rate this 4 stars. YES, AS SEVERAL OTHERS HAVE POSTED, COST-WISE THIS WAS A GREAT BARGAIN. No complaints there.

I was a little worried with the "Fishing" idea. But found out that it was definitely not as bad as I had suspected. The product is very well made and a great addition to my Dodge. I didn't have to lower the spare tire to do this install. The only thing that I would recommend is that you get one of your neighbors to give you a hand for a few minutes. Once you get the bolt and washer in through the hole have someone hold it in place with a flat tip screwdriver while you remove the fishing wire. All together from start to finish 25 mins. Great product, would recommend to anyone that wants to tow trailers.

Although the instructions were confusing at first the light finally came on and it went together quickly. Insure you tighten the ball mount bolt first this gives you a straight mounting.
