This non- OEM cartridge wasn't recognizable in my Lexmark X125 so I returned for a refund. Customer service was helpful and prompt in refunding me.

Both ink cartridges received did last very long. My Lexmark X4270 had problems aligning the cartridges. Poor print quality after about 50 pages of print. I cleaned the ink heads multiple times and perform test print. Did not help. I will stick with OEM. I got what I paid for.

Ink wouldn't flow properly from one of two cartridges purchased. Got fast response and replacement - no fuss or hassle.
